This three story office building comprised of 36,500 square feet is located along Broadway (Route 4). The building with it’s arcade, and the landscaping develops an edge to the main street. A design element of a mansard roof gives this building a unique style. The Ives team was instrumental in receiving planning board approvals and preparing a design that was acceptable to neighboring property owners. A steel frame with heavy metal gauge studs and a brick veneer was selected as the basic building components. This provided the owners with a substantial fireproof building at the best cost while utilizing residential materials.
