The Bridgewater Grande Commons office building is a three story, 130,000 Square foot Class A speculative office building. The glass and granite clad building boasts a three story atrium space, surrounded by glass walls and topped by a fifteen foot diameter skylight. The building is set in a serine wooded campus bounded by a large reflecting pool. The Ives Group Architects/Planners led by Joel Ives, who was the architect of record, worked with BCC Construction and Belle Meade on the project. The building has been acquired by a New Jersey based fortune 500 company for their expanding company.
