The Ives Architecture Studio is currently working on a bar in Kinston, New York named “KESTREL”. There will be an apartment above designed in what was once a Red Cross office. The site is adjacent to a linear park on an abandoned rail road line. The property will also accommodate large outdoor venues. The area, which is the home of many artists, writers and muralists, makes it the perfect match for Kestrel.
