The Ives Architecture Studio was called back to 3rd Avenue in the Bronx for another project at the site of “The Hub” development designed by our office a decade ago. The Hub is a major commercial center for the South Bronx, New York. Our Hub building has held up well over time. The block long mixed-use project houses retail spaces and municipal offices on the second level.
