The Woodbridge Crossing Shopping Center was designed in 2000 by The Ives Group headed by Joel Ives AIA. In 2011 it was purchased by Onyx Equities and the Ives Architectural Studio was asked to perform services as the shopping center architect in order to respond to the rapidly changing retail market. The center is on a 19 acre site and is 280,000 SF with 1200 parking spaces on two levels. We have worked with Onyx to provide services necessary to fully lease the building. Our staff has verified existing conditions, provided background drawings, and have developed signage packages. As prospective tenants appear we have provided options as to how the existing envelope can be divided and renovated to maximize profitability.
