The Ives Architecture Studio is highly experienced in designing Highway Maintenance Facilities for N.J.D.O.T. Projects included interaction with N.J.D.E.P. and State Code officials. Our design for Bloomsbury established standards for use at other D.O.T. facilities. Project facilities included a maintenance building, salt dome, vehicle storage building, volatile storage building and a fuel dispensing area configured to fit on an irregular site with difficult grade conditions. The facility is now in operation serving the north west region of New Jersey. Joel Ives founding partner of The Ives Group was the manager and designer of this project.
