Iconic Architecture Inspires Contemporary Design

The Architects League of Northern New Jersey sponsored a tour of Manhattan Architecture.  As architects, we often look to history for inspiration when designing our buildings.  The process of planning, design and construction is an art form.    Whether design is traditional or modern, the rules of utility, structure and beauty still apply.

“As an architect you design for the present, with an awareness of the past, for a future which is essentially unknown.” – Norman Foster
